1. Reservation information

When you request a reservation we collect your full name, phone number, optional email, party size, date, time and any special requests you type. We use it only to review, confirm and manage your reservation. The reservation form does not sign you up for marketing messages.

2. Guest photos (Share Your Night)

If you submit photos, we collect the photos plus anything you choose to add: first name, Instagram handle and caption. We also record that you gave consent, when, and which version of the consent wording you accepted.

Submitted photos are stored privately and are not public until our team reviews and approves them. Approved photos may appear on our website and social media.

3. How we use information

To handle reservations, to review and display photos you authorized, to respond to your requests, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information.

4. Storage and service providers

Website data and uploaded photos are stored with our website hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud). The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Map; these services may receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your language choice (English/Español) on your device. Staff who sign in to manage the site use a sign-in session stored in their browser.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep reservation and photo records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and remove photos when you ask us to.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Reservation details and photo submissions are only accessible to authorized restaurant staff, and unapproved photos are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
